AI on financial data and LGPD
Clinical-routine and financial data are sensitive. MSphere processes data in compliance with LGPD. Product AI uses prompt engineering and structured reasoning — not fine-tuning on the customer’s database.
What we do
We use data to provide the service: log, organize, generate insight and alerts. Frontier models (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) are used via prompts with domain context and checks. The purpose is the product or the contracted project.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not train our own model on the customer’s history (no fine-tuning). In Open Finance, access depends on the holder’s consent, with scope and term.
